One of the easiest methods to making hard boiled eggs is to use an Instant Pot. The eggs turn out really tender with golden yolks and are also so easy to peel.

Ingredients
any amount of eggs, right out of the refrigerator
Instructions
Place the eggs in the Instant Pot in a steaming rack or a trivet.
Pour in 1 cup of water. Close the lid, making sure the sealing ring is inside the lid. Turn the valve to “Sealing”.
Cook the eggs on Manual mode/Pressure Cook, High Pressure, for 5 minutes.
After the eggs cook, let the Instant Pot rest for 5 minutes. Release the pressure manually by turning the valve to “Venting”.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water.
