4 portions of salmon fillets (6-7 oz each), skin on, bones removed
1 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
salt, ground black pepper, to taste
3-4 medium tomatoes, seeds removed
1-3 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 limes
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon fresh basil and parsley, finely chopped
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon balsamic glaze, to drizzle on top of salmon
